Peruvian coffees are excellent bleeding coffees, as they are mild, pleasant, sweet, and occasionally some really top quality Peruvians are beginning to appear. Coffee is one of thePeru's main crops which provides a living for many poor families who work small holdings in the Andean foothills. Some good quality Peruvian coffee produce in Punto, on Lake Titicaca, Cuzco and the Urubamba and Chanchamayo Valleys, and the northern province of Piure, San Martin, Cajamarca, and Lambayeque.
